My name is Michele and I am the president of the Circolo Contadini Custodi, an Italian association dedicated to preserving agricultural biodiversity, ancient fruit varieties, and traditional farming techniques. We are currently researching the Pomme Gaillarde (also known in Italy as Pom Gajardin), an old apple variety originally from Normandy, which was historically cultivated in the Mantova region and around Carpi. Our goal is to recover and reintroduce this variety among local farmers to ensure its conservation.

We would like to inquire whether:
- You have any trees or young plants of this variety available for purchase.
- You can provide seeds or scions for grafting.
- It is possible to obtain fresh or preserved fruits for further study.
We would love to collaborate in bringing back this historical apple variety and promoting its preservation. Any information you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
